APTIM Administrative Assistant in Lemoore, California
Provide general administrative support including preparation of correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Resolve routine issues by following defined procedures. This position will be located on a construction site. Perform all other duties as required and assigned.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
Prepare, file, and retrieve project and office-related documents, records, and reports.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals in accordance with company security protocols.
Has developed knowledge and skills to complete a variety of day-to-day administrative activities within a team-oriented office environment.
Possesses the ability to work with moderate supervision and guidance; accountable for individual results and impact on team. Must be able to prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines and independently resolve routine issues by following defined procedures.
Typically has 0-5 years relevant experience; skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of software.
Direct experience in the environmental, engineering, and construction industry a plus.
