APTIM Energy & Sustainability Specialist in Madison, Wisconsin
Responsible for assisting in the administration of energy efficiency programs by performing a variety of tasks including research, technical guidance development, and support with technical questions. Perform other duties as required.
Maintain technology work papers used to justify energy savings associated with specific equipment, appliances, and processes
Provide guidance on measures, energy savings calculations, project reviews, technical measure/theory related to how cost effectiveness is calculated and avoided cost through sampling
Evaluate program data for engineering integrity
Investigate and advise on technical issues and assist in coordination efforts, providing technical support to program staff
Perform ad hoc research on Focus on Energy data to promote continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college or university
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in the use of software tools used to combine and analyze data from various sources, solve practical problems, and generate reports and graphics
